1. Agreement

By accessing or using speak2mycv.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Bong Innovations Pvt Ltd (OPC).

2. Service Description

Speak2MyCV is an AI-powered CV/resume intelligence platform, available under the speak2mycv.com domain.

3. Subscription

Unlimited Plan: list price $25/year. Launch offer: $5 for the first year, then $10/year — plus applicable tax · Unlimited questions (2,000 questions per month) and documents (50 documents)

Subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI outputs
Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party IP rights
Share account credentials to circumvent per-account limits
Use the Service for any purpose that violates Indian law

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and AI models are owned by Bong Innovations Pvt Ltd (OPC). You retain ownership of the CV/resume data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved via email negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
