1. Agreement

By accessing or using speak2mycv.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Bong Innovations Pvt Ltd (OPC).

2. Service Description

Speak2MyCV is an AI-powered CV/resume intelligence platform, available under the speak2mycv.com domain.

3. Subscription

Paid plans (monthly): Solo $19/month and Pro $59/month, plus applicable tax. Agency/white-label is available on request. Amounts are charged in your local currency at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI outputs
Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party IP rights
Share account credentials to circumvent per-account limits
Use the Service for any purpose that violates Indian law

4A. Your Link (Handle)

Your account has one public link name (“handle”), used in addresses such as speak2mycv.com/ask/yourname.

Choose a handle you have a genuine right to use. It must not impersonate another person, brand or organisation, infringe a trademark, or be sexual, hateful, violent or otherwise offensive.
Your handle is personal to your account and cannot be sold or transferred.
We may reclaim, change or reassign a handle that breaches these Terms, is the subject of a valid trademark or impersonation complaint, or must be changed to protect users of the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
After your first choice, you can change your handle at most once every 30 days. If you change it after your page has gone live, the old handle redirects to your new one for 90 days and no one else can claim it during that time; after that it may be claimed by someone else.
If you delete your account, your handle is held unused for 90 days before it can be claimed again.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and AI models are owned by Bong Innovations Pvt Ltd (OPC). You retain ownership of the CV/resume data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved via email negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
