Speak2MyCV for non-IT professionals
You are not in tech, and you do not need to be. Civil engineers, chartered accountants, pharmacists, teachers, HR specialists and supply-chain managers all get asked about their expertise: by people who want advice, by event organisers, by firms looking for a part-time consultant. Your page answers those questions from your own CV in plain language, with no website to build and nothing technical to set up.
What usually gets in the way
What we hear most
“I assumed an AI page was something for software people.”
If you can upload a PDF, you can set it up. The page reads your CV and answers questions about your work; there is nothing to code, host or design.
“People ask me for advice on the side, but first they want to know if I am qualified.”
The page answers questions about your qualifications, licences and years of practice from your own documents, so the first conversation can start on the actual problem.
“My expertise is specialised and hard to explain in a two-line bio.”
A visitor asks the exact question they have, such as "has she audited manufacturing companies?", and gets the relevant part of your CV, with the document it came from.
“I do not have time to reply to every enquiry from an institute or a small firm.”
Your page answers at any hour, logs every question, and takes the contact of anyone who wants to follow up with you.
In an ordinary week
Where it actually shows up
A small manufacturer needs a quality engineer for a three-month consulting project.
They ask your page about your certifications and plant experience before they contact you, so the first call is about their line, not your background.
A professional institute is looking for guest lecturers for an evening course.
The coordinator asks what you have taught and practised and has an answer the same evening.
A younger colleague in your field asks you to mentor them.
They ask the page about your path and specialisms before the first conversation, so the time goes on their questions.
A trade association invites you to speak at a regional meeting.
The organiser writes your introduction from answers grounded in your CV, without another email asking for a bio.
You want a professional presence without building a website.
Your link works as one. Put it on your visiting card, in your email signature or in a professional directory listing.
A family business wants a chartered accountant to review its books once a quarter.
The owner asks your page about your audit and tax experience with businesses of their size, and gets in touch already knowing what you do.
A college is looking for an industry expert to sit on a curriculum committee.
The coordinator asks which areas you have worked in and for how long, and gets answers drawn from your own CV.
Questions
Before you sign up
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. You upload your CV and claim a link. If you can attach a file to an email, you can set it up.
How long does setup take?
Upload your CV and claim your link; the AI page is live once the CV is processed. Reading a few answers to check they sound right is the only other step.
Which professions does it work for?
Any profession where people ask about your experience before working with you: engineering, accounting, pharmacy, teaching, HR, logistics and many more. It answers from your documents, so it works in whatever field your CV is in.
What should I upload?
Your CV, plus anything that describes your expertise: certifications, a list of projects, papers or talks. On Solo and Pro you can add more than one document.
Does it work if my CV is full of industry terms?
Yes. It answers from what your CV says, and a visitor can ask it to explain an entry in simpler words. It will not add anything that is not in your documents.
Can it answer questions about my licences and registrations?
If they are in your documents, yes: your chartered status, your pharmacy registration or your engineering licence, in the wording you uploaded.
Do I need my own website first?
No. Your page has its own link from the start. If you later want a full website, the website builder on Solo and Pro makes one from the same CV.
Will it make things up about me?
No. It answers from your uploaded documents, not from general knowledge. If a visitor asks something your material does not cover, it says so plainly.
Can I keep it private?
You choose who gets the link. Search indexing is a switch in your dashboard, and you can take the page down at any time.
Can I see what people asked?
Yes. Every question is logged, along with the contact details of anyone who chose to leave them.
What does it cost?
You can start free without a card. Plan details are on the pricing page.
One link that answers while you work
Upload your CV once. Free to start, no card required.
