Speak2MyCV for trainers

You train for a living: corporate workshops, certification courses, leadership programmes, maybe an open batch every quarter. Before anyone fixes a date, an L&D manager or HR head asks the same questions: which programmes you run, which industries you have delivered to, whether you work online or in person, and what certifications you hold. Your page answers those from your own CV and course outlines, at any hour, and shows you which enquiries look serious.

What usually gets in the way

What we hear most

“Every L&D enquiry starts with "send us your profile and a list of programmes".”

Upload your CV and course outlines once. The page answers questions about your programmes, formats and sectors in your own words, so the first call starts on dates and scope.

“I cannot tell a training manager with a budget from someone collecting quotes.”

On Solo and Pro, every conversation is scored and flagged hot, warm or cold from what the visitor asked and how far they went, so you know which enquiries to answer first.

“Enquiries arrive while I am in front of a room for six hours.”

Your page answers immediately and takes the contact while the interest is live, so a full day of delivery does not cost you the next engagement.

“I have run forty different workshops and my CV lists them in one dense paragraph.”

A visitor asks "have you run negotiation training for a sales team?" and gets the relevant programme from your material, with its source, instead of reading the whole list.

In an ordinary week

Where it actually shows up

An HR head is comparing three trainers for a leadership offsite.

She asks your page about your leadership programmes and the sectors you have delivered them in, and you see afterwards exactly what she asked.

A training company needs an associate trainer for a client in your sector.

They check your certifications and delivery experience against your own documents before they pick up the phone.

A participant from a past cohort wants to bring your workshop into their own company.

They forward your link internally, and their colleagues get answers about the format and audience your material describes without waiting for you.

You are delivering all week and cannot reply to anything until Saturday.

The page keeps answering and logging. On Solo and Pro, a weekly summary email lists who asked what and which conversations looked serious.

Someone is ready to fix a date with you.

Connect your Calendly or Cal.com link and a Book a call button appears on the page, so the conversation ends with a booking rather than another email.

A procurement team needs a trainer profile before it can raise a purchase order.

Instead of a PDF and a follow-up thread, you send one link. They ask what their form requires, and you see afterwards which details mattered to them.

Questions

Before you sign up

What should I upload besides my CV?

Course outlines, a programme list, the trainer profile you already send to L&D teams. On Solo and Pro you can add more than one document, and the page answers from all of them.

Can it tell a buyer which certifications I hold?

Yes, if they are in your documents. Upload your list of certifications or the credentials section of your CV, and the page answers questions such as "are you certified to deliver this programme?" with what you uploaded and where it came from.

Can I use one link for corporate and open-batch enquiries?

Yes. Both kinds of visitor ask the same page. An L&D manager asks about in-company delivery and group sizes, an individual asks about the next open batch, and each gets the answer your material gives, with every question logged for you.

Does it replace my course brochure?

It works alongside it. Upload the brochure and the page answers from it, so a visitor who would never read twelve pages can still ask about the one module they care about.

Can it answer questions about my fees?

Only if you put them in your documents. If your material does not mention fees, the page says so and the visitor can leave their contact for you to reply.

Does it work for online and in-person training?

It answers about whatever your material describes. If your outlines say a programme runs online, in person or both, that is what the page says.

Will it invent programmes I have not run?

No. It answers from your uploaded documents, not from general knowledge. If a visitor asks about a topic you have not covered, it says your material does not mention it.

Can I put it on my training website?

Yes. Link to it from the site you already run, or embed the chat widget on it so visitors can ask without leaving.

Can I see who has been asking?

You see every question asked, and the contact details of anyone who chose to leave them.

What does it cost?

You can start free without a card. Plan details are on the pricing page.
