Speak2MyMCP connects your Speak2MyCV profile to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and any assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol. When someone asks their AI about you, it answers from your real CV, cites the source, and can send you the lead. You set it up once. It works everywhere.
An illustrative story. Arjun is a cloud engineer with eleven years of Azure work, a stack of certifications and a CV nobody reads past the first page. Every piece of what follows exists in Speak2MyCV today.
Landing zones for a bank. A datacenter exit for a government client. A 30 percent cut in cloud spend. All of it sits in a two page PDF and a LinkedIn profile that recruiters skim. The work was real. The reach was not.
Arjun uploads his CV to Speak2MyCV. His page at speak2mycv.com/ask/arjun now answers any question about his career, only from his own documents, and says so when it does not know.
He turns on Speak2MyMCP. His profile becomes a tool that Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Cursor can call by name. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain.
A colleague forwards Arjun’s link to a logistics CTO. She does not book a screening call. She asks Claude whether he has run a regulated Azure migration and what it cost to run afterwards. Claude calls ask_cv, reads sourced answers in seconds, and at her request sends a message with scope and timeline.
The message lands in Arjun’s Speak2MyCV dashboard, scored Hot because it names scope and timing, with a reply already drafted. He edits two lines and sends it. By Friday there is a signed statement of work.

Microsoft publishes its official documentation as a remote MCP server. Any agent can search the docs, fetch a full article or pull code samples, free and with no sign-in. It reached general availability in November 2025 and now ships as a one-line plugin for Claude Code and GitHub Copilot CLI.
Microsoft Release Communications runs a second public MCP server over the Microsoft 365 roadmap and Azure Updates, so IT admins ask their AI what is shipping instead of scrolling a website.
Anthropic introduced the Model Context Protocol as an open standard in November 2024. In December 2025 it donated MCP to the Agentic AI Foundation under the Linux Foundation, co-founded with Block and OpenAI, so no single company owns it.
With the July 2026 version of the spec, MCP moved to a stateless core that runs on serverless and edge platforms. Anthropic reports more than 400 million monthly SDK downloads and over 950 servers in the Claude connectors directory.
ChatGPT developer mode adds remote MCP servers as apps, with OAuth sign-in and a confirmation step before any action that changes data.

Open Customize
In the left sidebar, click Customize.
Open Connectors
Inside Customize, click Connectors. You will see the list of connectors already on your account.
Start a custom connector
Click the + button, then click Add custom connector.
Name it
In the Name field, type the name below.
Speak2MyMCP
Paste the server address
In the Remote MCP server URL field, paste the address below. Leave Advanced settings empty: Speak2MyMCP registers itself.

Add and connect
Click Add. Speak2MyMCP appears in your list. Click Connect next to it.
Sign in to Speak2MyCV
A Speak2MyCV sign-in window opens. Sign in with the same Google account you use for Speak2MyCV (or create a free account), then click Allow on the consent screen. The window closes by itself.
The connector now shows as Connected.
Switch it on in a chat
Start a new chat. Click the + button at the lower left of the message box, choose Connectors, and turn on the Speak2MyMCP toggle.
Speak2MyMCP shows as on for this chat.
Run the health check
Still in that chat. Type the message below exactly and send it. If your AI asks for permission to use the tool, choose Allow.
Use Speak2MyMCP to run ping with the message hello
The reply contains "pong: hello". You are connected.
Ask your first real question
Swap itssubhendu for any Speak2MyCV handle. The handle is the last part of a profile link, speak2mycv.com/ask/handle.
Using Speak2MyMCP, ask the CV of itssubhendu: which Azure certifications does he hold?
An answer that ends with a Sources line naming the CV it came from.
Widen the browser window or click the sidebar icon at the top left to expand it. On older layouts the same page is under Settings, then Connectors.
You are on the Free plan and already have one custom connector. Remove the old one or upgrade.
The handle is wrong or that profile has not switched on AI Connections. Check the handle in the profile link, then try itssubhendu to confirm your setup works.
Each signed-in person can ask 10 questions a minute. Wait 60 seconds and ask again.
Start your message with "Using Speak2MyMCP" and name the tool, for example ask_cv. That removes any doubt about which tool to use.
