Speak2MyCV for consultants
You take inbound. Most of it never becomes work, but you find that out an hour into a call — after you have already explained your background, your sectors and your way of working for the hundredth time.
What usually gets in the way
The four things we hear most
“Every enquiry starts with the same twenty minutes of "so tell me about your background".”
Upload your CV or capability statement once and it becomes a public page that answers those questions itself, in your own material, any hour of the day.
“You cannot tell a serious prospect from a browser until you are already on the call.”
Every conversation is scored and flagged hot, warm or cold from what the visitor actually asked and how far they went. You open your dashboard knowing who to call first.
“Enquiries arrive while you are billing, and by the time you reply the moment has passed.”
Your page answers immediately and captures the contact while the interest is live, so the reply is not the thing standing between you and the engagement.
“You are guessing at what the market actually wants from you.”
Every question a visitor asks is logged. Over a few weeks that becomes a plain record of the sectors, problems and scopes people keep approaching you about.
In an ordinary week
Where it actually shows up
A prospect finds you on LinkedIn at 11pm and wants to know if you have done this in their sector.
They ask your page directly and get an answer grounded only in the work you actually uploaded — no invented credentials, no waiting until morning.
A procurement contact needs your background before they can put you on a shortlist.
You send one link instead of a PDF and a follow-up email thread. They ask what they need to ask and you can see afterwards exactly what mattered to them.
Someone is ready to book time with you.
Your existing Calendly or Cal.com link sits inside the page, so the conversation ends in a booking rather than another round of email.
You want to know what a quiet week actually looked like.
A weekly summary lands in your inbox with visitors, questions asked and which leads were flagged hot — without you opening anything.
Questions
Before you sign up
What does my page actually know about me?
Only what you give it. It answers from the CV, portfolio or notes you upload, and it does not fill gaps with guesses. If you have not put something in, it will say it does not have that rather than invent it.
Can I control what a visitor is allowed to see?
Yes. You decide what goes on the page and you can change or remove any of it from your dashboard at any time, including taking the whole page down.
How is this different from a contact form?
A form collects a name and leaves the prospect with their question unanswered. Your page answers the question first, then captures the contact — and tells you what they were really asking about.
Do I need a polished capability deck first?
No. A current CV is enough to start, and you can refine what the page says later from your dashboard.
How long does it take to go live?
Upload your CV and your public page is live in minutes, with a link you can share anywhere.
