Speak2MyCV is a 100% digital, SaaS-based service. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical product. No delivery address is required.

Service Delivery

Access: Granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation
Delivery channel: Via your browser at speak2mycv.com, no download or installation required
Activation: Your plan is active immediately after payment

Billing & Renewal

Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Agency) renew automatically on a monthly cycle from your original purchase date. Payment is processed via Razorpay. Customers billing from India are charged in INR; customers billing from outside India are charged in USD, based on the card used at checkout. No separate delivery step follows a renewal — access continues uninterrupted as long as payment succeeds.

Service Availability

We target 99% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers or force majeure events.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancelling a plan stops future renewals; it does not trigger a delivery reversal since nothing physical was shipped. See our Refund Policy for the refund schedule that applies to your cancellation window.
