Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@speak2mycv.com from your registered email address. Access continues until the end of the current paid cycle.

2. Refund Schedule

Refunds are calculated on the original amount paid (excluding taxes) and processed within 24 business hours of confirmed cancellation (within India). For outside India: 2–3 business hours.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment source (bank account / card / UPI) within 5–7 business days after we initiate the transfer. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
Taxes and payment gateway charges are non-refundable

5. How to Request

Email support@speak2mycv.com with subject line "Cancellation Request – [your registered email]". Include your subscription order ID. SLA: response within 24 hours.

6. Governing Law

This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable RBI guidelines for digital payments. Disputes are subject to courts in West Bengal, India.
