Speak2MyMCP: Why I Made My CV Callable by Every AI

A prospect once asked me a simple question: "Do you deliver custom Azure training with PowerShell expertise, or only official courses?" The answer was yes. It was in my CV. But the message came in on a weekend, I replied late, and the engagement went to someone else. I did not lose on skill. I lost because my answer was not there when the decision was.

Speak2MyCV was my first fix for that. Upload a CV, and your page at speak2mycv.com/ask/your-handle answers questions about your work, day or night, only from your own documents, and says so when it does not know.

Then I noticed something in how people were finding professionals. More and more of them never opened a website first. They opened Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity and asked: who has done a regulated Azure migration? Is this person a fit for my project? MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard AI assistants use to call outside tools. Anthropic created it, and Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity all speak it. When someone asks their AI about you, it can call your profile by name, read answers grounded in your real record with the source cited, and, if they want to reach you, send you the message.

Three things mattered to me when I designed it:

Your record, nothing else. The AI gets answers built from your CV and the documents you uploaded. No invented details. If it is not in your record, the answer says so.

One link per person. Every profile gets a personal link at your-handle.speak2mycv.com/mcp. A person sees a page. An AI app sees a server it can connect to. You share one address and it works for both.

Real contacts, not anonymous noise. Anyone can ask questions. To send you a lead, the person must sign in, so the contact that lands in your dashboard is verified and scored Hot, Warm or Cold like every other lead.
