Bong Innovations was incorporated in 2024. Speak2MyCV went live to the public three weeks ago. If you do that math, there's a real gap in there, and I'd rather explain it than let anyone wonder.
I built this alone. No co-founder, no engineering team, no outside funding. Every part of it, the CV parsing, the AI conversation layer, the deterministic scoring engine underneath it, I learned and built by hand, on top of a decade spent as a cloud and solutions architect and a Microsoft Certified Trainer teaching other people how to build things. That background gave me a real head start on the technical side. It did not give me a shortcut through actually building it.
Here's what I think most people get wrong about 2026 as a moment to start something like this: they assume you need a funded team and a year of runway before you can ship real, working AI infrastructure. I didn't have either. What I had was years of hands-on cloud architecture experience, genuine familiarity with how modern AI systems are built, and enough conviction in the problem, watching students and colleagues lose leads to silence, to spend that time building the fix myself instead of teaching someone else to eventually build it.
The product went live three weeks ago. It's still early. I'm not going to pretend otherwise. But it's real, it's working, and it exists because one person with the right background and enough stubbornness decided the gap I kept seeing in other people's businesses was worth closing in mine.
